SALES TAX
California State Residents must pay 8.25% sales tax on all products. When ordering online this will be calculated automatically and added to your bill.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
All major credit cards will be accepted online through our merchant account. Mail orders must be paid by check or money order (no cash accepted). Orders will not be sent until check clears. An automated email response will notify you that your order has been received.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All online orders will be shipped FedEx unless otherwise negotiated. All orders are usually shipped within one to two business days. If there is a delay, we will notify you of the delay. BACKORDERS
We will only process your credit card or deposit your check if the product is in stock. If we are backordered, we will notify you when it is available by e-mail. If you wish to order what we have in stock, then your credit card or check will be processed. If some of the items are unavailable for shipment, your order containing the in stock products will be shipped immediately and the remaining backorder will be shipped when it becomes available with your approval, within a reasonable time limit, unless cancelled by you. A receipt will be sent by e-mail stating the amount deducted from the credit card.
